01 Introduction & Definitions

23baje.net (hereinafter referred to as "23baje", "we", or "the Platform") is an online Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 23baje and its users ("you", "member", or "user").

03 Betting Rules

Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time, the bet will be considered void.
• The full amount of any cancelled bet will be refunded to the user's wallet.
• Separate rules may apply for specific tournaments.

Maximum Bet Limit

Maximum bet limits are set for each event and market, and may vary based on the type and timing of the event. These limits may be increased depending on your account's VIP level.

04 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• No additional charges on deposits.
• Only payment methods registered in your name may be used.

Withdrawal

• Wagering requirements must generally be met within 7 to 30 days.

06 Prohibited Activities

• Upon evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity of more than 12 months.

Closed by the user

You can close your account at any time. Please withdraw your wallet balance before doing so. Any bonus balance remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

23baje strives to deliver its services to the highest standard. However, 23baje will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets missed due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays caused by issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Unplanned server downtime or scheduled maintenance periods.
• Issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.
• Force majeure — circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or a pandemic.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team first. We will endeavor to resolve the matter within 48 hours. If the issue remains unresolved, it will be escalated to our senior management.

11 Amendment Policy & Applicable Law

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Bangladesh. By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted this jurisdiction.
